Every year, Arizona Equine Medical & Surgical Centre accepts applications for two internship positions.

The intern's primary responsibilities include emergency duty and care of hospitalized and surgical cases.

The intern works with a senior veterinarian when on emergency duty.

Back to Programs There is a strong, ongoing EXTERNSHIP PROGRAM with students staying typically 2-8 weeks at a time. We highly recommend participating in our formal externship program prior to applying for an internship position. These students are partially responsible for after hour’s treatment.
